We are very excited to announce that we will be repeating Part 1 of Oprah's Lifeclass Presents - Brené Brown The Gifts of Imperfection, a 6-week eCourse and are now offering a Part 2. Thousands of students participated in the first course, and we are overwhelmed by the all of the amazing work that was shared with Oprah and Brené and other students in the class.
In this groundbreaking two-part eCourse, Brené guides you to wholeheartedness through interactive art-journaling assignments that will help you move from "What will people think?" to "I'm imperfect and I'm enough."
We'll be repeating Part 1 of the course in which Brené explores the first five guideposts from her bestselling book, The Gifts of Imperfection. She dives into everything from self-compassion and gratitude to cultivating a resilient spirit. This course will also have live online Q and A webcasts with Brené where you'll have the chance to ask her anything about the class or submit questions beforehand.
In Part 2 of the course, Brené will explore the final five guideposts from her book. Students will explore different ways to embrace their imperfections and Brené will dig into topics like anxiety, self-doubt, and how to let go of being cool.
The repeat of Part 1 starts on January 12th and Part 2 begins on March 30th, but if you register now, you'll be able to receive a special limited time only offer.
